I had always searched for good reputable vet clinic, some weren’t open at the times most convenient for me and my baby,Ziggy. I was aware there are some 24 hour clinics, however with not the best reviews. I got a recommendation from another clinic that was fully booked, for East Padden. I was able to schedule a same day appointment and we were seen almost instantly, and im so happy I chose this place. I was expecting a very high price for my dog to be seen and treated, and I didn’t, I got an amazing price along with AMAZING care, the staff REALLY does care, and my dog hasn’t been sick since! I explained to them I was tight on funds and needed to be aware of any treatment beforehand and they did just that, along with listing options and prices,i have never been happier! my dog is healthy, and I just overall LOVE this clinic! I read reviews for this clinic,and know that it is one of the best! I LOVE EAST PADDEN! and I wont go anywhere else, I watched tar way my dog got excited and happy to see his vet, instead of growl and get grumpy, but nope not here! best decision ever :’) Dr. Hawkins (mind my memory can be off) was caring, really interested in him, and over checked him and assured me of so many things I was fearful off! i’ll never go anywhere else

First and foremost I would like to thank Dr. Hawkins and her staff for their professional, friendly and caring attitude. My little Doxie recently slipped her second disc and had absolutely no movement with her back two hind legs. We decided to go forward with acupuncture. After 3 visits she was about 75% better. She continues to get even better with each following treatment. We are so happy! We will forever incorporate acupuncture into her life! Thanks again for everything!!!

I love EPAH! The staff, the vets, everyone is so good with our pets; you can tell everyone not only enjoys animals but loves what they do! I recommend EPAH to EVERYONE! If I could go to them for my (human) medical needs, I would! Sadly, we are leaving the area and have to leave EPAH behind—which is the ONLY thing that makes us sad about leaving!

The appearance of your facility both inside and out is top notch. East Padden has an excellent staff. Very friendly and efficient. I always know that my pet’s needs will be addressed and that the communication regarding the visit is clear and concise. It is very clear that the team follows in the footsteps of their leader. The culture in the business is very caring from the top down. All the team including the Doctors have done an excellent job with us. Price is higher, but I do understand as the quality of care is great and the cost associated with not being a chain. I currently use East Padden Animal Hospital for wellness and emergency care. Thank you for all you do and have done for our family.

Since the first phone call, each time I have interacted with this practice, it has far exceeded my expectations. I feel very blessed to have found such a caring and compassionate facility, both for my pet and as pet owner. I can’t thank each of you enough. EPAH is the best! Each and every person we know at EPAH is professional, caring and friendly. We have been told by friends that another local Vet is less expensive, and who knows, maybe so, but when it comes to our fur-babies there’s no place like EPAH. I love, love, love the East Padden Doctors. They are a cut above and beyond any other Vet I have literally EVER been to. I only wish I could find a Doctor for my own healthcare that was as thorough and knowledgeable as they are! My pets truly do get better health care than I do. Sad, but true.
